"The Bingo Theory" made me realise how important is to be aware of the strength energy we have in order to be balanced and thus make better decisions in our lives concerning mainly relationships, but also our career, health, well-being and so on.
I appreciate this book, because apart from the theoretical aspect of the concept, Mimi shares her aurea mediocritas to put the theory, what I would call "the awareness", into practice - even if some of her advices seem down-to-earth, like changing a light-bulb or assemble a piece of furniture on our own in order to feel more confident and in control of our life, they are very telling examples. You will still have to pay attention to where you are going, but Helms is better by contrast, and so for that reason I have added a star to his review.
Second, there are other good hikes in the Birmingham area other than those I mentioned. The same is true for the students who study the material - they too become excellent critics.
