If you use the weights - as I did - you quickly realize something is seriously wrong - it flows like soup. All that was missing was the sooty smell of the locomotive's smoke. I found that Einolf's book did so.
Bobrick's study has received a great deal of publicity and many reader reviews here on Amazon, perhaps on the strength of its writing style. The text was found to be difficult by most students to understand. The United Kingdom is hardly a low tax haven. Some of those decisions help you become the-best-version-of-yourself, and others don't. Einolf also discusses the increasing role students of the Civil War give to Southern Unionism in the eventual result of the contest. Jawer includes cognitive constructs to which many apply the term 'feelings,' even though they are more in the realm of thoughts (e.g. Feeling Like It - Has nothing to do with it.
