To me, Mel Bay is a big name in guitar. Great history on some of the early years of SCUBA diving. I rented this book for a class I enjoyed the subjects discussed and the way they were related back to artworks (past and current). If they do, then life would become easier for everyone in American classrooms.
After authors have done making real changes to their books, then the final thing for authors to do is begin using the SAME math symbols so as to reduce the confusion. If you are interested in Digital Art or Digital Photography, this is an awesome book. "On and On" is his classic tremolo into his signature G major pentatonic arpeggiated lick.
