Editorial : The presentation is clear enough for everyone, but it would be much helpful if the readers have a basic backgound on neuroscience and programming language C. The book is a great reference for the right foods to eat for weight training. If there is anything less than happy in your life or you're bothered by negative thoughts of any kind, definitely give this book a try.. Throughout the author had one overriding wish, to work in Eastern Europe. It addresses the physiological component of alcohol cravings, not the spiritual or emotional components.

The author, writing under a pseudonym, struggled with alcohol and so developed this program for those for whom AA or clinical treatment would not be desirable options. A good reference book for any ship enthusiast's library.. His work is a classic.. I read thousands books, wasted so much money and times until this wonderful "My way out" came to my rescue. This is truly a dreadful book.
