As a young man, Charley became hooked on diving after purchasing a set of gear from a local shop. His love for the sport took him from starting a local diving club, to commercial diving, to selling diving equipment and eventually starting his own diving equipment manufacturing and distributing company.

It is a very detailed and well written book. Her sense of humour is so honest and spot-on it's uncanny. However, I found it to be very engaging. She takes you right into her darkest hours with her, an experience I will not forget anytime soon.. You may find out about a supplement that could assist you in your recovery, or a dietary approach that makes everything easier.
Since publication of the book, this program has been modified somewhat; there are updates to the program available at mywayout.org. It developed out of courses he gave at M.I.T.
