This book develops in the way of introducing a series of exploration to a small part of the ancient forest. The narration of each day records the events in the exploration. The author clearly explains these events as well as their effects on the ecosystem, and takes us to see the ignored natural phenomena. In the book, the author focuses on the interrelation between low-level creatures, such as the relation between fungus and soil arthropod. After reading this book, readers will have a strong desire to get close to nature.
