I have a little guy that can't have oatmeal. This apparently came from President Obama as it would hurt his total appeasement plan of "resetting" relations with Russia and at the time Kerry himself was trying to get the Secretary of State position after Hillary Clinton. So a great book if you want to be inspired but beware the numbers and double check the math - when it does not add up - do what i did - go to the internet and check what others are doing.. The understanding of human nature gained as a psychotherapist is clear in each chapter as Janice explains how to change the way people behave in organizations. The recipes are easy to follow, don't require any odd ingredients, and most taste yummy. I was glad this
book had more than one Ave Maria. Sheep were given priority over people.
